1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reminderly ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reminderly is a reminder and task management application that allows users to create, manage, and receive notifications for reminders. The App includes features such as recurrence patterns, cross-device synchronization, and notification actions.

3. User Accounts

To use Reminderly, you must:

  • Sign in with a valid Google account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App to transmit harmful content

5. Free and Premium Services

Reminderly offers both free and premium tiers:

  • Free Tier: Includes core reminder functionality, limited device sync, and basic recurrence patterns.
  • Premium Tier: Includes unlimited device sync, advanced recurrence, priority support, and additional features.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, logo, and content, is owned by Reminderly and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMINDERLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED REMINDERS OR DATA LOSS.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
